Need charting and scanning with IB data

---Would this then probably be enough? I think you're right about IRT having the capacity. Some say the language is tricky at times, but probably worth the learning.
Am still trying to keep the price down if possible.

Click "Configure" then "Feature selector", then "Technical Analaysis". You will see "Market Scanner", just check the box next it and hit "apply". Now you will see it on the Tab in TWS.
