Need backup broker

I am looking for a backup broker. I use IB but need
protection if IB goes down. I don't care about commissions
but I would like a firm that will allow a small minimun
to open, and would like one that their data feed can be
used with the hyperserver or similar software to run
Tradestation 2000i. If anyone would know one , please let me know. thanks John
