I should add that it is crucial that you take magnesium with your Vitamin D3 to help assist in the absorption.
the whole world is deficient in vitamin d3 AND magnesium. also, people's calcium levels are way out of whack compared to magnesium.
incidentally, if you ever wonder why you feel great after a day at the beach it's because the beach provides Vitamin D3 and the ocean provides magnesium. one of the healthiest things you can do for yourself.
