Need advice against widening of spread

I currently trade in Indian index options market intraday. Due to the recent market crash, I am seeing the spread has been widening and sometimes they are weird to trade intraday. I have been getting trapped sometimes while exiting. Need your advice immediately, please.

Actually, I’m seeing the same (wide b/a spread in the last few weeks) on US equity’s options
