very good move from you : you managed to get very qualified staff with kind of security clearance - aka have a minimum of principles and can be trusted.

Most prop firms and HF's will not back anyone right away. Even if you have verified trades and proof of your performance they may still be hesitant to take you on. Sometimes you may have to put up some of your own money to show that you can produce consistently.
Just for the record, I didn't ask if you had any openings. Some of what you post strains credibility.
Please keep me under consideration for an opening. I am willing to be a wage slave.
handle on the 1st one, did he/she work with you in your office, reason asking is ,it might be a good idea to hire a clerk and trade him/her, your no longer alone ,and if you backed them and took a percentage ,it's a win/win, handle, curious of how the interruption was ,unpleasant at first? , and for how long

Trading is a very, very lonely business.

But everyday I lay down for 30 minutes and I simply empty my mind.
Any idea that pops up I just block it, mentally.
Try this for just a couple of days and you will see how powerful this technique is.
PS: some people (especially women) may experience some kind of "out-of-body" experience while doing this, and in that case I strongly suggest they stop immediately, trust me on this one...
