Need a utility to copy/paste tickers in IB

Currently, to bring a list of tickers into IB, I have to copy the tickers onto a spreadsheet with the formatting required by IB, then Import the spreadsheet into IB Quote Monitor.

Does anyone know of a utility that will allow me to directly paste (ctrl-v or with a mouse click) a list of tickers into IB Quote Monitor?
