Need a stock screener to find options trades in ASIAN markets

Hi Community,

I trade options on the US markets and I generally use Questrade's stock screener to find plays. Questrade has the best screener IMO because it can do the three things below that I haven't seen in any other software (including IB TWS and Sterling VolTrader):
  • Filter stocks with weekly options (or options expiring within x number of days)
  • Filter by underlying price change over 1 days, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6, months, etc.
  • Filter away stocks that have high bid/ask spread on their options
My problem is I want to screen the Hang Seng (Hong Kong) index. Questrade only does US & Canada. Would you know of any stock screener that can find optionable stocks on Hang Seng, and maybe also Nikkei and Shenzen indexes?

for HK - as an fyi weekly index options are not out yet but are being launched later this month Korea as well).

One word of caution for HK stock options - don't be fooled if you see wide bid/ask spreads to believe there is not a tighter market available as there is plenty of hidden liquidity and if no markets, issue a quote request.

Nikkei - tough market for index options as the tick size is wide and the order book deep in the front months.

Can't help you with any screener other than what we offer but I suspect there are some out there.
