ICMARKETS trade agains you like a beast if you dont deploy minimum lot that could send to market. Example, you trade 0.01, you are extremly fucked.IC markets they are from Australia, they have been great for for everything else except the occasional freezing. I know they don't scam me because I get slipped in my favour as much as against.

I am sick of my retail broker always freezing when I need it to perform most.
I want a broker who a pro trader would use, having been extremely profitable for over a year I am at my wits end with these bucket shop brokers.
The main issue is when a large move in price is occuring my broker will freeze for about a minute, i won't get quotes can't place orders stops etc.
I am not in the US so I can take advantage of worldwide brokers.
I do a lot of short term plays so I need access to speed and great execution.
Are you turning tens or hundreds yards monthly or just messing around 20-30 lots? Not sure prime brokers will agree for a deal with you, all they want is a lot of commission from your mighty trading volume. As a worthy alternative I can suggest VIP account from Hotforex (if you have 40K in your pocket), there is a direct quote feed from Currenex and quite tight spreads.
Guess it should suit you.
Good luck
nonsense, currency futures spreads are wider. At IB you pay on average a 0.2-0.3pip spread to trade EUR. Not sure about liquidity though, I have not looked at currency futures in ages.
