need a lasertrade, overnights, pennyshorts. where?

hi there, guys. need a suggestion where to trade..
ready to contribute 5-10k bucks, lasertrade is prefferable (sterling is possible too, if gonna be stable), need overnights leverage 1:8-1:10, lots of pennyshorts without delay/locate request.

to be honest, it's going to be very hard to find leverage on penny stocks. The laws require no margin on penny stocks so it's gonna be tough.
