Need a coder for non trading project

I've got a small project that needs coding - probably in a c language. Wrote it in autoit but it's slow. Tried freelance.com and all the others and get nothing but "Hey I can do it for $20US. Ready to go!!!!!" from total knuckle heads. Anyone interested or knows someone who is?
 
I personally use rentacoder for a lot of my small contract jobs when I don't feel like coding it.

If you can't find the right source there, then you're not going to have better luck anywhere else.
