Nearly scammed by a real pro ...

So she hit you up every morning for a month to have a cozy chat, eh? Any juicy details on what you two puppies talked about every morning? :sneaky:

Anyway, if she were a real "pro", I'm sure she would have cleaned you out by now. Consider yourself lucky, and next time don't solicit affection from faceless strangers.

Everything was rated 'G'. I'm not a sleeze, and 'she' didn't seem to be either.

Someone posted this story a while ago describing how the scam works.
Apologies to who originally posted this, don't remember who it was.

A Chinese criminal network is using modern day slaves to scam thousands of Americans (cnn.com)

She said she was living in and texting from Vancouver. But that could have been a scam as well. Anyway, it sounds like my case could be an instance of the scam described in the article, or a related scam. And if so, these folks doing it are victims also.

The article appears to be from this thread ...

And the article mentions Gate 25, which apparenly represents innocence and unconditional love.

Imagine even considering talking to a random on Facebook pumping their "aunts" crypto strategy lmmfao bro I would have kept this to myself.

I said I was nearly scammed. Anyway, keeping it to myself does not really help anyone else, does it?

I just don't think anyone needed a heads up to realize what you experienced was an obvious scam.

I suspected that at first, then as time went on, I got more "comfortable" in the relationship. It was only when 'she' said that it was easy money, that I decided to wait. I know from experience that trading is not usually easy money, at least not for most of us.
