if nitro picks your entry point and whether you should go long or short, it's not a random entry.
Quote from damir00:
of course, real money if you like, i already said i accept.
YM, 1 trade a day, you pick my entry point and long/short by whatever means you like, i pick my position size and exit point, ie the money management portion.
you choose your own entry, exit, size based on whatever methodology you like, and of course, you are under no obligation to reveal the methodology.
and we both post the trades in realtime right here, on this thread, where everyone can easily monitor them and they can become part of the permanent ET record.
however it turns out, i want you to know i respect your willingness to put it on the line like this. that takes courage sorely lacking among most of the paper tigers here.
ps i already trader live realtime in #indexfutures and i log trades here in realtime.

how many different ways are you going to find to post "i'm chickening out"? man, you're scuttling sideways faster than a crab on crack.
again, i am perfectly willing to allow you to pick my entries by any method of your choosing, random or otherwise, you don't even have to say which it is.
is your "edge" that bad that you can't even win with such an advantage?
Quote from dbphoenix:
You still don't get it. The fact that somebody else chooses your entry points for you doesn't make them random, which just strengthens my suspicion that you have no idea what "random" means.
Quote from dbphoenix:
...As for your challenge, if nitro picks your entry point and whether you should go long or short, it's not a random entry.
Quote from damir00:
lol. somehow i had a feeling you'd keep layering on the conditions until you could throw up your hands and walk away.
thanks for playing, nitro.

Quote from nitro:
No. A computer program will use the rand() function to generate (pseudo) random numbers using the date as a seed. It will be used to issue time of day and L or S pairs.
His/her job will then be to turn this into a profit over as many trades as he wants by managing the exits.
