Nearing Breakout/Breakdown screen

I'm trying to find a screener that is able to filter stocks that are nearing potential breakout/breakdown levels on a daily chart. I am familiar with tools that can search for stocks that are within (x) percent of a 52-wk high/low, but I am unaware of anything that has the capability to screen for other breakout/breakdown periods, such as 9 months, 6 months, 3 months, 2 weeks, and so on... Does anyone know of a resource/service that has this particular functionality or something relatively similar?

Trade Ideas gives you the option of defining the stock within yesterday's range, today's range, the yearly range, and a 10-yr (all-time) range. From what I can tell, it does not allow you to define other ranges.
