Don't even consider it. Why do you think the e-mini's became that big in the first place?
 
e-mini DOW volume numbers are available at the CBOT website. I think they do several thousand per day.

e-mini NQ and ES volumne numbers are available at the CME website. The NQ does a couple hundred thousand per day and the ES does .5 to 1.0 million per day.

No time frame for Eurex to come out with $ denominated contracts. I'm just guessing that they will -- they haven't made any announcements.
