NDA with a trader

Hello.

What is the right place for ask about legal issues? I did not know where to write my question. I hope is ok here.

If I want to teach someone a discretional trading system, using an NDA, I need to write in the contract a condition to make sure that the trader will not use the information by his own without me.

If is a profitable discretionary system, but so much that the trader does not care to managing the trading account at name of another person, and receive the money from this other person in any other form.

What things can be done to ensure that the other person will respect an NDA? (There are companies that work with this, so I guess it can be done).

The subject is about the way or the strategy part for: What things can be done to ensure that the other person will respect an NDA?

What you mean? If the trader does not want to continue with the deal, he can stop do it and that is ok because is his right; but he will can not trade any more. Just as some companies do (and if he is making profits, and profits are in my account, this mean he is working).

However, how to asecure he is not doing a deal with a third, hidden from me and from law?
 
I meant that if NDA was broken by the trader, it's hard to be detected especially if trader do not does that at his own account.
 
You can give him all the NDA's you want, there nothing you can do to stop him passing what he learn on to a friend or to a friend's friend.

If your method is that good, why do you need him ? If by having him, it increases your profit, then you will just have to accept the risk of giving away your method. There's no gain without risk.

Lastly, assuming what you have works, so what if he goes and does it on his own ? Your method will continue to work, until too many people know about it. What makes you think, if he is making profit, he will then give the secret away ? Giving profitable secrets away virtually never happens. Maybe you are just creating a fear and scaring yourself witless.

Finally, you are welcome to give me the method. I will be very happy to help you make more money so long as I get a share in the size I agree to. I can guarantee to never give it away even without an NDA.
