Knee jerk reaction that the government didn't shut down, is my guess.

That was it, shutdown averted for the momo, so "they" bought and/or covered. Likely short-lived.

RTY and YM seem to indicate that currently.

Nah, this market has become a complete algo mess thanks to all the 0DTE options. It still can't actually drop though. Even when you think it would pull back, it still manages to get saved and V.
