I know a girl who was a demolishions expert trained by the Army. She found out her aunt was cheating on her uncle, so she wrote her a letter.

She did prison time for that letter.

Why? She threatened to blow her up, and because of her training the threat was considered credible, and she used the US postal service to deliver that threat.

RCG, apparently you don't know this story that well. Van Dam attacked the guy. He was acting all tough. He actually hit the guy while he was sitting down. Then the guy got up and leveled him. Van Dam quietly left the bar. It was all over Howard Stern. So no, he was not "restraining" himself. He was acting like a dick and tried to show up and didn't realize the guy he was going up against was a "street fighter".
