Natural gas looking like MEME stock!

Trading NG itself is gambling most days but the really good trade is long NG stocks taking advantage of any dips in price. The top Canadian firms don't need $5 or $6 NG to make a ton of money in coming earnings reports. Several NG firms are some of the best performing TSX index companies this year. The way I see it, these firms are a free call on any "extreme" pricing spikes, but we don't need it to do well.

I like your idea. I also like the Nord Stream 2 as a catalyst to price action.
Gazprom? ticker OGZPY volume is only 400k though?
As always I appreciate any help. Thank you.

KOLD is looking awesome. Bought some after that ridiculous drop. Anytime NG surges you know it's right back down.

Nat Gas on the week has gone from 5.16 on Friday 4 pm to 5.46 now. In fact, its at a previous level now after today's drop so it may reverse. Meanwhile the TSX stocks in this area are on fire and some are basically at yesterdays highs already. You seem to lack perspective. There is no way you know what Nat Gas will do overnight from here. I took profits on all my Nat Gas stocks today and will consider rebuying when things settle one way or another ( sold BIR, ARX, and CVE; used to hold CR but I sold that early ).

Right, I'm swing trading KOLD too and will martingale scale up every $2 or so. Trailing stops near 2d lows.

NG has been a wild ride for sure.

KOLD -14%. I warned you. If you are going to day trade these things why did you not respect the potential support level on nat gas we sold off to yesterday ? Here's the real lesson though the idea to scale up with leverage isn't appropriate for a commodity etf. You either hit the trade hard on the move or forget it. And do not listen to gamblers like S2007S who don't do a speck of research.

Gazprom has a low turnover but it is an EDR/ADR and with the largest market cap of any natural gas stock that I'm aware of.
I think maybe more people don't trade ADR's because they maybe complicate tax, not 100% sure about that though.
Gazprom is held largely by two entities, The Russian Federation and Bank of New York Mellon.
