National Emergency

That is your guess.

Even your poll said nearly 48 percent said Trump is most responsible.

That leaves plenty of blame for democrats and even a solid amount giving them most of the blame.
And we have no idea if you poll is oversampling democrats.
If you wish for thinking people to take you polls seriously... break em out for us.

It is his fault, and the American people agree.

And Dems 35%. Another has Trump 42 and Dems 22.Another has Trump 47 and Dems 33.Another has Trump 41 and Dems 31

No poll outside the margin of error has Dems taking most of the blame while multiple show Trump taking most the blame by large margins

"Most of the blame" is different then assigning all the blame. I would that means the majority agree they are all responsible and only a bunch of crazy partisans would blame it all on Trump or all on Congress.

I can't see some off the conversation and polls due to the large number of losers that I have on ignore.....but.....

It is important to keep in mind that a person- such as myself and others- can believe that Trump is more responsible but not necessarily believe that is a bad thing. And that is true for others so you have to have that in mind when looking at the poll data.

Trump is willing to shut the government down and piss off some fed employees and watch some parks begin to look like homeless camps in Sacramento in order to protect our country? Fine. Take it up with Officer Singh's wife or Kate Steinle's parents. No dems are worried about Officer Singh not being on the job this week are they?

We hear all this talk about how there is no bipartisanship, no compromising in Washington. The reality is however, that in many instances there is wayyy too much compromising.

Very good point.
