Congress is to blame for this. On a positive note I read that the Social Security Administration purchased some bullets. I can think of 535 targets. Being a government agency they'll probably need all 174,000 rounds to do the job. Would be money well spent.

What an asinine statement. have you happened to hear of SS or Medicare or Medicaid? These entitlements are now the majority of the budget, they double military spending, and they are considered "mandatory". Democrats passed all of this shit, but instead of trying to fix their broken, unfunded programs, they added a NEW one.. during the second worst recession EVER.
