this stock, FED and WB today. WOW. these stocks are just dumping with the no short sell rule. FED is even on the SHO list so people are covering there shorts.

Is this rule even helping? yes maybe the sotcks would be down more today if there was shorting, but how much lower could NCC go then $2?
