NASDAQ ?

Most indexes are up except, for the DJIA. We have to be nimble in these types of markets. Exited my SQQQ calls because it was going back down.

maybe I am not too smart.... can someone explain how the NASDAQ is up 1% when all indexes are down, how did the NASDAQ make such a big turnaround??

I WAS not exspecting that that also + almost bought QQQ or TQQQ\ but did not\looked to weak on 4 hour charts.MY order on ROM never did get hit, but thats life.
But did get some tech cash ETFS, last hour/................FEB/ SEPT is weakest month for TECH/ but QQQ+ related has done so badly past 52 weeks/good value.
FB looks like short covering\ most likely goes down much more this year??:caution::caution:

You did not analyze correctly.

US - NQ RTY ES YM and also
European - DAX stoxx50..... and also
Asian - NK, India Nifty ......

all exhibited a similar pattern.

They went down substantially on the 24 Feb Asian session when the bombing started.
Then went up quite substantially on 24 Feb US session.

Presumably the constituent components rose more than those of the other indices?

AMEN/ but for example /TQQQ can easy go up more than 3x QQQ even though it can go the other way\LOL .
Good uptrend on TQQQ/QLD/QQQ+ related .........................................................Happens all the time/long term QQQ tends to beat SPY. BUT last 52 weeks SPY has done better but sometimes its close.
Year To Date\SPY benchmark is beating QQQ. And even when its a larger difference /can VARY widely, day to day/week to week..........................................................................:caution::caution:.

Its not just because of higher beta, there is also the fact that the 10 year bond rose a little (lower rates equals less valuation pressure for the infinite P/E stocks).

I think the invasion also might signal that the Fed will do less tightening.
