Nasdaq to NYSE Volume Ratio

Any one else watching the ratio of Nasdaq volume to NYSE volume? (see chart in link)

I'm bullish right now but this kind of gives me pause.

Would appreciate any comments from better technical analysts out there.

The ratio is pretty straightforward. If you can combine it with other sentiment indicators, you may be able to develop a decent market-timing system. Do you have data going back farther in time?

yeah, I do. The chart is just recent years. But I was wondering if anyone else is using it. Its curious how the markets have changed (Nasdaq is not what it used to be) but the ratio seems to work still.

What other sentiment indicators are you suggesting to use in conjuncture with the volume ratio?

?................bullish consensus, QQQ put/call ratio versus S&P put/call ratio, QQQ volatity/S&P volatility for example.
