What software are you currently using?
Most data vendors can get you futures if you sign up and pay the exchange fee. However, there are some who don't like WOW I think.
If your data vendor doesn't offer it and you don't want to subscribe to another data source just for the futures you can get the e-mini quotes for free from quote.com. Just launch their LiveCharts java application and enter the symbol NQ01H for the March contract.

I am not aware of any vendor that offers the futures a la carte, but there is a list of all CME data vendors at http://www.cme.com/market/vendor.html. Perhaps one of them will have what you need. I still suggest using the e-mini quotes unless you are planning to trade the full contract.

you get Nasdaq realtime as well [not NYSE] and some [limited] charting. It does freeze some time, but I use it as a backup and to test internet speed comparing quotes between my applications.
