NASDAQ and S&P Index Question

I can't find the thread anymore but I remember
someone posted a link to which stocks the
Nasdaq and S&P are composed of and how much %
is each stock weighted.

Can someone help me find the thread or give me the link?

Also, was there some number that came out at 9 PST to
cause that sudden drop?
