You have to use at least a 20-25% yearly return.
Unless we get another 4 week bear market in 2027 that takes the nasdaq down to 12,000 then it can rally 18,000 points to close 30,000 by 2030, but that estimate is too low.
Anyway nasdaq should sky rocket to 12500 this year alone. Why because everything is rainbows and butterflies all over again.

Realistically, it will probably be a lot higher than that although the ride won't be without bumps.

I heard cases were up in Texas, 1900 patients in hospitals, but honestly if the markets rallied back every loss from the outbreak in feb mar and april I highly doubt a second wave will do much of anything to these markets that are once again back stopped by the fed.
