Supporting a political point instead of science? The science is overwhelmingly on my side. It's not even close.
Now I know you are just messing with me. You actually believe in AGW don't you? You're just arguing to try and give me grief.
So, seeing as how you actually understand the reality of AGW, what do you think we should do about it. Carbon tax? Personally I think that is the best way. Along with regulations requiring higher mileage vehicles, nuclear power and better efficiency for buildings. But a carbon tax will allow capitalism to find the best ways.

You can't even deal with the truth. All you have are political hacks on your side. Any science by the AGW nutters was abandoned in 1998. Now it is just hope and dreams and posturing.

A carbon tax is not only not needed and just a political agenda by the left, it will damage the economy in untold measures. Besides, there is nothing to fix. Climate change is a natural event beyond our control. The only thing we can do is adapt.

So seeing as how no-one could be so stupid as to say the science was abandoned in 98 and you really do believe in AGW as does 97% of the world's climate scientists and all it's science organizations....how do feel about nuclear to take the place of fossil fuel plants?

So the numbers of the skeptics and âlukewarmersâ continue to rise as the âwarmerâ ranks decline. Good news, thus demonstrating that scientists are rational when given the data. However, I maintain that the professional societies need to face the facts and back-off their staunch support of the unproven CO2 as the major climate forcing agent theory. The Worldâs governing bodies want to impose cap and trade or carbon taxes or other schemes that would bring literally billions or perhaps trillions of dollars into their treasuries. If they lost the cover provided by the too willing cabals at the top of these professional societies, they would not be able enact laws that penalize the people they govern. If the professional societies changed their stance of the CO2 issue,the media, which loves stories of impending catastrophe, would have to rethink giving newspaper space for the stories of doom served up by the alarmist. So if you are a member of a professional society, get in there and force some change. The IPCC will also be required to rethink their advocacy of CO2 as the major climate forcing agent if the Professional Societies move away from their similar advocacy.
