NASA chief wants to send some people to the moon permanently

The moon is actually a fair bit larger than that looks. Africa is 0.8 the size of it and African is huge, just looks small on most maps.
But a the moon is a barren place with no meaningful life or culture --- sort of like most of the cities ran by Democrats.

Flat thing against round thing? I'm not being a pedant just there are children about (trumpers..).
Any moon colony would likely be polar at least initially. There is water available in the deep craters and they have the best radiation shielding. It is also a great place to run a lot of science.
The big draw is helium 3 of course and as in the movie Moon, probably need little to not really that much manpower.
