We still have laws which state comps cant even give out a speeding ticket unless they road has bee speed justified.
Which means for local roads they must show less that 15% of the cars travel above the posted speed or there were other safety issues. (for the ticket to stand.)
(note. I have some great stories about the cops being up on the stand lying their his asses off... stating they checked and the road is speed justified... and then I object. Hearsay, foundation... and jaws drop.
Then the judges start to ask questions... finally they say well do you have a certified letter from CalTrans saying the road has not been justified... and I say yes, even though I should not need it.
It was laws like that was part of the allure of CA. )
Now we have democrats making fitted sheet laws.
The democrats are killing our country. on purpose.
