Nancy Pelosi Urges Support Of $50 Billion 'CHIPS' Bill Hours After Disclosing $8 Million Nvidia Stak

People are making a big deal about politicians and their trading. I personally think it's fine and dandy for them to trade however they wish.
Maybe it can be considered....semi-semi-unethical, but definitely not illegal or a direct conflict of interest. All across society and humanity....people do things for their best interests and goals. But that doesn't necessarily make them so evil and wrong and impure.

Anyone is allowed to place bets and decisions for the future. It's only illegal if someone has inside information, or a complete fix on the game and all of its variables and elements and outcome.

Even though that bill magically, finally, passes into Law....it's still no absolute guarantee that will make the prices of those stocks skyrocket to the moon. It's all, still, a bet with risks.
Timing is everything with options. You have to be right....right now.
Uh, no. Citizens have gone to jail for much less. And she works for us...she's an employee and public servant, not an empress like she thinks.

I'm no Pelosi fan, but you guys need to read the fine fine print. Her husband exercised 200 NVDA calls he had at a strike price of $100.

You guys gotta learn to think critical and dig into things a little more than Fox or MSNBC provide your little brains.

When my little brain tries to think critical (sic), I wish had a wife who could push $50 billion bills so my calls/shares would go up, too. Actually, I don't wish that because I actually have integrity. She's nothing but a legal looter and crook.

I guess I'm more frustrated with the public for allowing this to happen than Pelosi and her drunk driving husband using their political power to directly boost their investments. Total conflict of interest and nobody seems to care. The average voter isn't even aware. People get the govt they deserve I guess.
people are dumb. You just need to scare them of non existent issues like "critical race theory", "commies at the gates" or "trans in bathrooms" for them to completely ignore how you're robbing them blind w/corruption.

If I see the source of "information" is ZeroHedge I immediately discount it. It seems most of these folks here are big consumers of disinformation. Are they glued to Fox News 24/7?

Nvidia has been treated very kindly by analysts as of late. They are expected to post earnings up ~+20% over 2nd quarter earnings a year ago.

The democrats defunded them.
Tell that to my brothers! Cops with rank making over $350,000+ in the big cities. He used the Louisiana pension and “brain drain” pension scheme to add $1.5 million extra remaining to educate newbies. When one retires, it’s $400,000 a year for life.

The "Pelosi is an insider trader" narrative has been a popular w/the alt-right as of late. The left too as they don't know the particulars (albeit at least they nail the conflict of interest in passing policy and owning stock in those impacted by said policy).

Disinformation? No. When you see something that challenges your political bias, you run the other way. Instead, why not simply Google it and see that many other sources confirm the story.

Everyone should know about it. Problem is that the mainstream media won't cover the story as it hurts the credibility of one of their own. If Trump tried to do what Nancy did, you would hear about it. It would get lots of coverage.
