N. Korea no longer a nuclear threat

At least Trump tried. At least they talked. I fail to see how this is Trump getting played. The sanctions that are in effect are greater than they were when Obama was in. Trump has turned the screw, inflicted more pain, and we're still not at war. That's not being played, that's doing a better job than anyone else could have. Period.
