Thanks for your input on this forum sir, great to see there are still people here who are honest and helpful like yourself.

Ignore the trolls, they have nothing better to do from their moms basement.

3 questions for you if you don't mind:

1. Can you give an example of what you see as a good price action signal?

2. Can you give an example of how to use $TRIN in day trading or explain how it could be beneficial for trading stocks and or index futures as a day trader?

3. You also mention watching time of day, by that do you mean to avoid certain times of the day like for example lunch period or do am i missing your point?

Great questions!

1. Best price action signal by far is a minor 50cent to $1 gap up above prior days high, for stocks etfs priced $15-40/share. Best if both prior day & current premkt trend are 45 degree angles

2. TRIN is critical. Under 1 is bull bias over 1 bear bias, I use it with SPY chart to confirm directional bias, if divergent it's a big help to avoid false breakouts

Example Today late market was doing headfake long but trim was 1.3 bearish so I didn't buy tqqq, dodged false breakout

3 Time of day, best is 9:35 - 10am Tuesday Wednesday Thursday for daytrading. Watch for reversals 10am, midday and eod squeezes 3:30

Why all the negativity towards me? I'm a UCLA grad, honest educator, #1 readers choice winner TASC 2018 and popular Moneyshow speaker. Sheesh... Morons

I'm not going anywhere, princesses. I'll just keep posting my real money PnLs regularly, and the world will see a) me showing actual trades, both wins and stops, VS b) impotent et troll ladies spewing bs and realize the truth of the situation. So bite me

Takes so much courage to anonymously troll on a forum. If ur a pussy lol. Bring it. You might be able to intimidate others, I eat little dck bullies for lunch. Ive been popular on forums since bbs dialup modem days. Ur outcompeted kittens

I posted my P&L / trades in my journal where tf is YOURS? Oh crickets chirp cuz u wannabe et posers don't trade successfully. Piss off, wankers.

People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. Unless they're et snowflake trolls who never post live real pnls because they're either losing traders or don't even trade at all. Show current real money P&Ls outdoing mine, or step the fck off .

The total gain/loss column above you show still seem indicate -$20 net...?

And by the way, I would think a sponsor here has some latitude, but to call people here pussies and wankers, and to piss off, "and show real money or step the fck off", is not the epitome of couth. I am surprised you're being allowed to abuse and abase posters here who are asking for answers. Nothing more, nothing less.

another question. is your trading account taxable account or non-taxable account like traditional ira or roth ira? if it is taxable account. how do you deal with wash sale rules? lets say you lost money on spxs today on your taxable account. do you wait till 30 days is over and then trade spxs again or you look for substitute like spxu? if spxu, what happen if you lost money in spxu in the following days? or you really don't care about the wash sales rule and say the heck with it?

I like a sponsor with moxy. PC is for "pussies and wankers", so grow a pair and stfu already.
And pass that Manischewitz.

I'd pass the Jew wine, but the total column nets out to negative 20 bux. I was asking what the deal was.

I got a pair... Big enough to know that a sponsor can cross a line with "moxy". Remember ZB32? There's only so far one should go.

Mr. Calhoun, i like your top 11 trading rules. I don't often scale in, but your top 11 rule list looks solid to me. I always enjoy your post and appreciate your willingness to help others. By looking at your website, it's clear you love what you do. I like it when a person gives them-self to their work, their craft or whatever endeavor they are pursuing. A wise guy once told me to find a job you like so much you can't wait for the sun to rise, so you can do it all over again.

I was green $512 today. I have a $500 goal per day and almost always reach it in 30 minutes or an hour, with my hold times usually under 60 seconds. I always stop when i hit my goal.

Say, I've a lot to learn on intraday, and since you did say ... "feel free to ask questions" ...

Mr. Calhoun, for your style of trading (on intraday trades) regarding the use and observation of moving averages ... commenting about those moving averages ... what statement would you make about them ... Every entry must have an absolute. If this, then that.

Or said another way, which moving averages (if any) must be sloping up (on a 1 minute chart) before you go long?

Nice job on 500 today! It was a very choppy morning, that's excellent.

I never use mas for daytrading, just tape reading and 2day 1min chart w premkt from 7am. Pure price action.

Main signal is gap or breakout over prior days high

$700+ in one day is very solid. Not sure what issues people have.

Curious, how do you use $TRIN in your trading compared to VIX?

Thx man, both TRIN & VIX are critical, I covered trin in other post, re vix I trade TVIX VXX most days so I use their volatility as barometer for directional volatility and tradability
of day eg if TVIX drops I buy TQQQ

Main trading account is SEP IRA, other is regular. I don't worry re wash sale etc, my cpa handles all that
