Bear Stearns Cos. has been talking with potential investors, including Chinese banks about new funding, including selling as much as a 20% stake in the company, analyst Richard Bove of Punk Ziegel & Co. said in a report Thursday. Bove said Bear may be seeking a convertible debt investment. Bove also points to the recent increase in Bear's stock price. Shares added another 5.4% in late afternoon trading Thursday...
