Your broker must have dozed off, you are not allowed to initiate so many trades within a certain period of time while your account is under 25k. they will label you as a "pattern day trader." If you argue with them and protest that you don't have a pattern and trade at night, they will probably change their mind, but you still run the risk of being labeled as a "non-pattern erratic nocturnal trader."
