Can't there be a link for lists of threads we viewed and lists of threads we posted on?

Can you explain how to navigate to where we can see these things?

I did that and now I get

To Find all your posts by thread,
http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/search.php?s=

Type in your user name in the appropriate box
then select "show results as threads".
Leave everything else as the default.

Thanks Joe. I think I'm all set now. After clicking those links and seeing where they go, I went to Home --> Search, then entered my username. That syntax is what I was asking for.
