Tell your kid he is still trading simulation but connect him to your actual trading account. Read the book "Ender's Game" for inspiration.

The only way you will know is to give him a real live money account, say $5,000 USD in cash, and see how he fares in Forex. Then you will see if he "has a gift".

And since it is sim, and you say you do not know if commish is included in the thing, and that you are posting screenshots from a bloody smartphone, leads me to believe that...
