My Solution To Muslim Problem

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Defeasible_reasoning

In logic, defeasible reasoning is a kind of reasoning that is rationally compelling, though not deductively valid.[1] The distinction between defeasibility and indefeasibility may be seen in the context of this joke:

During a train trip through the countryside, an engineer, a physicist, and a mathematician observe a flock of sheep. The engineer remarks, "I see that the sheep in this region are white." The physicist offers a correction, "Some sheep in this region are white." And the mathematician responds, "In this region there exist sheep that are white on at least one side."

The engineer in this story has reasoned defeasibly; since engineering is a highly practical discipline, it is receptive to heuristics. In particular, engineers cannot and need not defer decisions until they have acquired perfect and complete knowledge. But mathematical reasoning, having different goals, inclines one to account for even the rare and special cases, and thus typically leads to a stance that is indefeasible.

The pen is mightier than the sword. And, the first casualty of war is the truth.

Any Arabic warlord wishing to push back the tide of the "people of the book", or simply appropriate the apparent methods of their success, would, if aware of the two ancient maxims above, pick up a pen...first. First up, a backstory. Next, the actual story.

Look how effective it's been.

Memory is mightier than the sword only when a penman writes down what is supposed to have been remembered. In which case we can be told anything the penman wants us to think. Then, memory, or lack thereof, can be weaponized.

Back to the basics, Stoicism might be the ultimate answer!

After more than 2,000 years of experiment trying something else. imo

Stoicism is a school of Hellenistic philosophy that flourished throughout the Roman and Greek world until the 3rd century AD. Stoicism is predominantly a philosophy of personal ethics which is informed by its system of logic and its views on the natural world. According to its teachings, as social beings, the path to happiness for humans is found in accepting this moment as it presents itself, by not allowing ourselves to be controlled by our desire for pleasure or our fear of pain, by using our minds to understand the world around us and to do our part in nature's plan, and by working together and treating others in a fair and just manner.

Basic tenets

The Stoics provided a unified account of the world, consisting of formal logic, monistic physics and naturalistic ethics. Of these, they emphasized ethics as the main focus of human knowledge, though their logical theories were of more interest for later philosophers.

God = Nature = Reason = Fate = Universal Law = Everything = Cause = ... ...

Physics and cosmology

According to the Stoics, the universe is a material, reasoning substance, known as God or Nature, which the Stoics divided into two classes, the active and the passive. The passive substance is matter, which "lies sluggish, a substance ready for any use, but sure to remain unemployed if no one sets it in motion."[18] The active substance, which can be called Fate, or Universal Reason (Logos), is an intelligent aether or primordial fire, which acts on the passive matter:

" The universe itself is God and the universal outpouring of its soul; it is this same world's guiding principle, operating in mind and reason, together with the common nature of things and the totality that embraces all existence; then the foreordained might and necessity of the future; then fire and the principle of aether; then those elements whose natural state is one of flux and transition, such as water, earth, and air; then the sun, the moon, the stars; and the universal existence in which all things are contained.
— Chrysippus, in Cicero, De Natura Deorum, i. 39 "

Everything is subject to the laws of Fate, for the Universe acts according to its own nature, and the nature of the passive matter it governs. The souls of people and animals are emanations from this primordial fire, and are, likewise, subject to Fate:

" Constantly regard the universe as one living being, having one substance and one soul; and observe how all things have reference to one perception, the perception of this one living being; and how all things act with one movement; and how all things are the cooperating causes of all things that exist; observe too the continuous spinning of the thread and the structure of the web.
— Marcus Aurelius, Meditations, iv. 40 "

Individual souls are perishable by nature, and can be "transmuted and diffused, assuming a fiery nature by being received into the Seminal Reason (logos spermatikos) of the Universe."[19] Since right Reason is the foundation of both humanity and the universe, it follows that the goal of life is to live according to Reason, that is, to live a life according to Nature.

imo, people know by nature which spoken or written words are true or not in their hearts inside, just being powerless for objection or counteraction during the difficult time span. Like the #MeToo moment!

Perhaps the CC approach or something similar would provide empowerment for enacting Change!

lol

The kind of Change could not be accomplished by conventional physical weapons or forces that has been tried already for too long time!

Leaving the weak and vulnerable ones alone in an environment without guided helps. Some become extremists!

Therefore, moderate believers can rely on the 'official comments' added in authorised holy books to counteract extremists' interpretations.

Inmates should be supplied with only authorised holy books, printed with 'official comments' provided by scholars committee.

Perhaps the worldwide governments should allow legally only authorised holy books that are printed with 'official comments' provided by committee of scholars.

These 'official comments' would be focused on only the controversial verses that could be unfairly/ wrongly/ irrationally interpreted, leading to extreme actions.

Therefore, moderate believers can rely on the 'official comments' added in authorised holy books to counteract extremists' interpretations.

Never too late!!! LOL
