My prediction ... the bank stess test results will not be released

Why ?

1) All 19 banks pass with flying colors.

But if failures ensue, then the gov is on the hook (CYA).

2) All 19 fail.

No brainer. No results released.

3) Some fail, some pass.

This whole stress test thing is idiotic. The government is expecting the recession to end in the second half and a return to 4+% GDP growth.
