At 83, Andrew Parker Bowles is still quite the player in royal circles.

On a sunny spring day not long ago, a friend of mine clocked Andrew Parker Bowles in London’s South Kensington. The ex-husband of the Queen was smartly turned out in a terrible coat, the sort that country gentlemen and the King like to wear. He was striding purposefully past the Tube station and had a twinkle in his eye.

“You know Hugh Grant’s opening scene in Bridget Jones’s Diary,” my friend told me later, “when the lift doors open and his eyes dart left and right? And you know, right there, that this man is a charming disaster who’ll show you a good time? That was him.”

Parker Bowles is 83 now and apparently still, even in passing, irresistible. Nearly 60 years after he met Camilla Shand, 28 years since they divorced and 18 since she married Prince Charles (now the King), he remains a vital sounding board for the new Queen.

“Everyone loves Andrew,” the Marchioness of Lansdowne, a close friend of the Queen’s, told Roya Nikkhah, the UK Sunday Times royal editor. “He’s a real charmer, but he’s always terribly misbehaving. Andrew will ring her up and tell her when she’s got something wrong and she’ll ring him up and say when he’s misbehaving.”

Mind boggles how humans crave someone ruling over them no matter how dishonest.
One reason how easy it is for religion to pull in gullible mugs, just play to their emotions which is how Trump does it with emotive bs, he largely does it by riling them up into hysteria. LMAO

Years ago I discovered a secret about humans, there is this trait, if the human is useless with their hands, they compensate with their mouth.

I had this friend once, for many years, but no longer as I flicked him off finally.
Let's call him Andrew.
This guy was useless at everything he did, couldn't operate a computer, neither a tablet, couldn't trade although he tried to emulate my style. He could drive a car but had you clenching your teeth as he was the worst driver I've ever been in a car with.
He couldn't even ride a bycycle, one day he plowed into two elderly women pedestians on a footpath by riding into the back of them and knocking them to the ground.

But one thing Andrew could do was talk, non stop. He hated a lull in the conversation, he would fill it with chatter, all day long he could go on for.

Years ago when I was single we used to knock about together going to parties, and the women absolutely loved Andrew. He would screw around with them for a week or two and usually end with a bust up, always ended quickly in a drama.

But yeah, if you're no good with your hands, have trouble tying your shoelaces, it's compensated with bs talk usually and it does fool people as charming. :)

Guess he fucked around and found it.....it was fine if he supported trump....don't think that affected him too much.... but then when he went batshit crazy over the election....well..as I said...he fucked around and found out..
