What do you think of this for a $C hedge. Trying to hedge C$500,000 above $0.92.
September Calls
Short 10 9000 calls at 1.41 total credit 14.1
Long 15 9200 calls at 0.86 total debit 12.9
Net credit of 1.2 or $C1200 less C$87.50 commission ($3.50 per contract) for a net credit of 1112.50.
Full protection above $0.92. maximum loss is (2000-1112.50) $887.50.

BTW I have 50 contracts of PAYX March 37.50 bought at 1.15, averaged down to 0.92.
On the side: I've dumped the idea of 2-3 day mindset and geared back to my old trading system.

Multioption, if I go in 50 @ 1.15 following you, under what condition should I cut loss, and at what price?
I am really nervous about this trade, as looking at all of your disclosed trades in this thread, only the first two are profitable, and the others more than wiped out the profit of the first two. I know you have other trades that net you more than 45k, but you don't usually disclose them, so I can only based on the performance of your disclosed trades.

I'm not sure you'll be able to get PAYX at 1.15...I'm expecting this stock to gain $2 -$3 anytime soon.
Why not stand by and wait until I make public my picks? I will eventually do it anyway, for a very important reason.
Stop loss: I will consider this trade a bummer if PAYX ever gets to 35.50 from its current price. Keep in mind that I bought March contract, so I'm willing to ride it until some of the stocks on my watchlist are ready.
BTW credit goes to iceman1 for NTES call. I checked it and saw that intraday was setting up for a big move

Amazing post! Simply amazing. I can't believe what I am reading.
The ONLY good trade ideas that ever appeared on this over-viewed worthless multi_option thread --- were from me. I hate to brag but that is just a fact.
This guy doesn't have any good picks OR at least he's too selfish to share them. I gave him NTES on a silver platter. I also personally PMed him urge him to get into NTES. Now............ do you think he would write and say "thank you" or reciprocate with even ONE trade idea to look at? Nope! ALL suck and little give backl Typical of the charlatans on ET. But hey - that's smart. Why share ideas -- just read insight and comments from other experienced traders who actually have some clue - and then suck off them.
Maybe "multi_option" is too embarrassed to PM me with any ideas or post one on my Journal since I'd be able to see that he is rolling dice, and doesn't have a clue. I think univited_ guest was correct in his appraisal of multi_option.
You can be sure I will never post another pick on here - and frankly I am considering closing my Journal. Other than bjdhawk, not one person including "multi_option" the alleged directional option guru ever bothered to post one single idea on my Journal or PM me even once.
Hell if anyone closely followed my picks on this thread and my Journal such as NTES/OVTI/OIH/MNX/SOX/BBY/AAPL/GOOG/CME etc. etc. they'd have made a years' income in 3 months. Go back and look up all my picks on this thread beginning with OVTI which doubled after I not once but multiple times urged readers of this thread to get into March calls at $12. What about my NIHD call. Go back and look it up. I said get in at 71 and it never looked back. It outperformed the entire market. My timing was impeccable. Hate to brag but that is the truth.

Anyway, we recognize this is a public forum and if I post here it can't be with any expectation of receiving anything in return. Did you read my comment just before you posted yours? And on your alleged that I don't post on your journal, I don't run commentaries on the market, I simply issue buy/sell with updates, mostly through yahoo messenger.
Actually, my concern was just confirmed by your comment. Perhaps I shouldn't have created this thread.

Ice - I understand and agree with your position on multi's posts -- but -- please do not shut down your journal. I have found it very helpful. While I have not taken any trades directly as a result of your posts, I have benefited from your ideas. And Yes, if I ever have anything worthwile to post on your journal - I will.
