So has Multioption given up on this thread? Haven't heard from in a few days, maybe he could give us some ideas why his trades went from OK to #^%$.
Was it TA breakdown?
Psychological?
Combination of both?
APA was a classic case not sticking with the exit plan, and then digging a deeper hole by selling calls. The trades were made without thinking, VERY FOOLISH and NOT PROFESSIONAL
Uninvited_guest: This response is not for you because I see you use strong language on your post that does not help or does not give any info. This is mainly for those who might read your post and wonder what is happening. You could have disagreed with Multi and everyone could have listened to you if you could have just used different tone but definitely you can not do that. Facts are:
1- Multi has not forced anyone to follow his trades. I see everyone is listening to him but everyone is doing his own trades that is very good.
2- Multi has an ambitious goal and definitely he is taking risky trades and losing money in some trades is acceptable. I really wish him success but even if he fails , I will not change my attitude toward him.
3- My portfolio has been up 13.9% in November by the lousy trades that I do. Why don't you post your wise trades so we can also learn. If you are a CD type of investor, maybe this tread is not for you. I have got big gains after I have lost but have not given up.
FYI: Iceman responded to one of my posts about a year ago about an option question that I had. He told me it seems that I don't know what is the difference between assign and exercise. I responded back to him that I knew that and it was my mistake of not using the right word and then he came back to me and asked me to let him know if I have any good trades or strategies . That is the good attitude that an investor should have. Always ready to learn more.
