Sorry folks....just feel like throwing here my options play.

Just got filled on an order...
Options' symbol:OCT 35 Call, .CHSJG
Underlying security: CHS
Filled price: Limit 2.40
Time: 9:58:01AM

High risk trade due to theta. If volatility collapses, I will bail out at 2.00, but it is likely the stock will climb to $40/share before October 18th - expiration day.

Can you explain your strategy as how you pick your trades and how you pick the particular option to trade?

Then the sales pitch for something your selling?
Indeed, worst case this degenerates into a sales pitch. Best case I find it very refreshing: while the rest (incl. me) wrecks their brain about vol skews and delta hedges this man just pours his whole account into long calls and rakes in 40% in 2 days. Judging from his earlier posts he isn't too engaged in option academics (no offense :) )

Multioption, the stage is yours, I’m front row and appreciate genuine sharing of your craft. For starters that was a big trade but your revelation “Technical Analysis” was a bit meagre reply.

While awaiting your next move, pls. expand a bit on that if you will.

Are you afraid of buying something? I'm not afraid of listening to those who know more than I do. And what are you being charged?:)

What's special in the mechanics of options? Volatility skew, Price distribution curve, Greeks, or what?

Yeah! Technical analysis works. At least the effect of "buy to close" or "sell to open" cannot be fundamentally quantified, or do you know how one can do that?

I don't claim to grow 10k to 100k so what I think is irrelevant. YOUR answer that question is what matters.

Your status so far is that of a reckless risktaker with one lucky trade. If you're serious about sharing some of your insights and turning curiosity into respect then you could start by answering these simple questions :

Why did you pick CHS ?
Why did you pick CHSJG ?
Why did you exit ?

No cryptic ramblings, just straightforward answers. Thanks.

Reckless risktraker with one lucky trade? That cracks me up, maybe I was also lucky to know that CHS would drop the following morning after the closing of the trade?

CHS fulfilled my trading rules
CHSJG was the next ITM strike to the trading price - I buy ITM Options.
I exited because I knew CHS was going to retrace the following day and I wasn't ready to hold forever. I normally hold for 5-7 trading days.:)

Do not respect any trader for one good trade; I don't seek such respect, that's why I want the forumites to watch my performance.
