I still have my 3 QQQ Calls at $2.21 right now, They were bought at $2.33

Also still have my 3 QQQ June 67 Puts at $1.78. They were bought at $2.26

CouldnÂ´t decide to do what about them? Whether to put a debit spread on the Calls, by selling 3 June -68- Calls

Unless the market drops again, which I doubt, IÂ´m going to take a big loss on the PUTS next week it looks like.

The market didnÂ´t go anywhere pretty much. Just in the middle of them both.

QQQ index is at 67. 21

Dithered about doing stuff, like using them to do a diagonal, or a calendar sort of thing. But I donÂ´t know enough and might make a bad situation worse.

Cash money trades. Seems like this is going to turn out to be another losing week by next week.

Think IÂ´ll have to quit after this?

With such a low VIX there isnÂ´t enough movement to make any money on directional buying plays.

On GOOG's RS today. I have to assume that the number was leaked. They will beat on top and bottom-line.

Yeah, looks like they were leaked beforehand...

EDIT: THERE SHE GOES FLYING!!!!

EDIT 2: I was watching this CNBC clip with all these experts and the host asks if GOOG would follow AAPL's dividend policy. And the bozo expert replies "NOOOOOO"

And guess what happened... hahaha

They are doing a stock split - not a cash dividend. they are doing the stock split via a stock dividend.

I ended up doing some of the spread. I got a pretty sh*ty fill though (last 1 minute frantically calling the floor broker).

Yeah, misread that. But a a giveback to investors nonetheless? You got in on the Calendar? Wow, awesome! There's some profits in the morning waiting for you...

Do you know when the split will occur? I have a 660/680/700 fly, and I assume strikes will be adjusted fairly.

Not really. You get a new share but your old share gets diluted. I think they do a stock dividend because there are some kind of favorable tax implications for all involved.

We'll see about the pnl. Again, I did it in small size to my book. So it won't move the needle either way. That monthly vol has a lot of effect. I was modelling it to 25, but as i look, it might go to 20. that would change the pnl dynamics a lot.
