The world is full of angry, crazy people... you just have to deal with them.
Atticus has obviously made a tremendous contribution to many people's trading ability... but even if he hadn't, if he enjoys posting here why should an angy, jealous assHle drive him away??
This is a public board and everyone has a right to post here without being subject to harassment.
I alway liked this site because you could block posters that pissed you off so you don't have to see their posts. Can you block messages too??
If not then that is essential... plus the monitors should prevent this kind of harassment.

I thought members with fewer than 35 posts weren't allowed to PM? Ursofos only has 5 posts, how is he able to send PM's?
Often a forum turns to shit long before the deterioration starts to show in the numbers -- pageviews, number of posts, etc. still look good for a while even after all the knowledgable posters are long gone. By the time the site admins realize what is going on, it is too late. That seems to be happening here on ET, the signal to noise ratio has turned sharply negative.
Joshuatree has been posting his bullshit here and on other boards under various aliases for at least the last 14 years that I know of. His style is instantly recognizable. He even posts essentially the same post over and over to the Career Trader sub-forum. So why can't the mods ban him as soon as he shows up?
Ursofos is undoubtably someone whom Atticus called out for BS in the past, maybe Proflogic or someone like that. Just getting his revenge anonymously. Again, sending a threatening PM with only 5 posts under your belt should be grounds for instant banishment.

The tools you have against threatening PM's are DELETE and IGNORE. No need to go public with it and play the sympathy card like atticus did. Could someone play a tune on the violin for atticus?

kevin, all i can ask any of you is to really look at his record ...ever note that his calls end up "flying" off or some oddball synthetic new creation?
to his point on not getting guys from here..that is a blatant lie. anyway you guys can follow him and then fly the trades off or do whatever but i will promise you; you will never make money following him. i do not think i am being a troll, in fact i think i am helping you guys. why not really follow his trades, past , present and see if i have a point.

The violin music is very beautiful I enjoyed it.
My mother tried for years to get me to play the violin with no success.
