J_Smith you provided some advice with reasoning behind it and I need to consider it but not follow it blindly, you mentioned that yourself. A wise man listens but doesn't blindly follow!

Gotcha you are absolutely right that I need to be more wary when it comes to taking advice. And to be quite frank as I think about things right now I need to keep consistency with my current methodology, while working on my psychological pitfalls.

I'll listen to all advice posted on here and for now put it on a back burner while I work on the emotional side of trading. No sense in making major changes as I'm about to finish my first full month of trading, and my first profitable month.

I will keep it short and sweet.

Have already posted many screenshots of trades with outcomes - stopped and will not do so just because some Gobshite asks who is too lazy to do some "research".

As per my previous posts (read between the lines) - if you want any advice or suggestions from me now, you must ask, explaining clearly what your problem is, and what you are trying to achieve.

Two words of advice.

1, Don't fall for snake oil, there is no magic course, book, newsletter, mentor for hire, guaranteed path to riches. It just doesn't exist. Those that can do, those that can't sell...

2, Avoid those who love to hear their own voice, verbose attention seekers. Profitable traders usually are discreet, they don't require internet validation. Their bank accounts are validation enough.

There is no substitute for hard work, your own research. What you seek will not be found on an anonymous forum were anybody with an internet connection is an expert.

The amount of mis-information disseminated on this site and the sheer number of noobie guru's is mind boggling.

You would be better served drilling down Investopedia and using your journal as your journal, not a public blog. Keep an honest record of your entries, exits, & money mgmt. (this includes add's and stops). Remember you learn from your mistakes more so than from your wins. So don't cherry pick merely to avoid embarrassment or ego.

If the thread gets over run, then your only option is to keep a private journal... but by all means at this stage (learning) a Journal is a must... Good luck

Edit: Additional tip: Judicious use of ignore feature is a must

Years ago everyone told me to ignore SOCRATES and The Bull - did I listen, like hell I did - I made up my own mind and actually met the 2 people in London at a trading seminar.

It is funny - I knew exactly what some of the Gobshites who advised me would look like, as some of them were at the same seminar - amazing what ones writing shows about oneself:rolleyes:

Of course I am not expecting you to do what I do - did I not say listening to others will only cost you money - but - some can cost you a lot more compared to others.

The reality is, this site, like the rest, is full of thick Gobshites that talk out their arses the whole time - any discussion in relation to trading should involve charts, as they are what matters most!

Most do not post charts, as, they know the minute they post one their Walter Mitty world is blown apart - take H3 for instance - a prime example.

The only reason I replied to your thread was because of the charts you posted - words mean nothing in this game!

Do I have it all worked out - yes, in fact I do - but for ME that is, not YOU - so, " stay on the fuking bus" , and never be afraid to tell the Gobshites to.. "Fuk Off" :D

Words mean everything? they show intent . I would ask that he or she ignore this futile dribble and return to the original consideration . Making money.
Here is a chart it happens every single day over and over again in most stocks.. its orderflow its ma crossovers its all that in one .. pwn it its not the same security find the range and own it . Thats all you have to do .

What I do with my time is MY business, and no thick Gobshite on the internet is going to try and tell me what to do.

As mentioned - I offered, and the OP accepted - are ye all really that thick:rolleyes:

Snake oil men, gurus, what the fuk - I have never seen such thick Gobshites in my life, and I have seen a good few over the years:rolleyes:
