My longshot is

i'm deep in the weeds of research for EGOC this morning. i'm up 300% and don't want to lose it, but also don't want to sell out of an opportunity. a chinese company has bought them. actually, a chinese company has bought most of the lazar custodials i've been trading. some seem to buy them and not do anything, but this one, EGOC, is very active.

anyway, a question. i know there's chinese scams. etc. etc. but. i guess i'm wondering the different reasons the chinese would buy these otc tickers and the likelihood that one of them might actually be planning to put a real company in one of them. have you had experience with any of this and are there more nuanced reasons the chinese are buying these things?
I can't say that I have any real insight why the Chinese are into these other than they're easy enough to manipulate, and there's money to be made as well with the ones that have actual potential. It's a friggin craps table and all I try to do is find the hot table. Yes, there's a bit more to it than that, but at the end of the day we're gambling in this market. For my money it's no more risky than trading options, unless you're really skilled at options trading, but for me I'll put my high risk capital here in the OTCBB.

EGOC still looks like it has legs and potential. Took a hard look this morning. I bought some today, so it has my blessing, and that is invaluable. LOL

i am taking that as a good sign. i spent a lot of time on chinese websites today. might be getting my head around it? i'll share if i can get time to sit down and really understand it. the language barrier is tough.

at the very least, we should go from pink limited to pink current this week.

captain obvious i tried to send you a personal message but it wouldn't let me. nothing major, but it's speculative so don't want to post it publicly. do you get private thread messages?

I do. Never had an issue before. I'll send you one now.

Couple of new trades entered this morning. NBRI and CGAC. HIGH RISK. Sometimes you must be a bit uncomfortable with the risk because that's where the money is made...or lost. Of the two I like CGAC the best, but my opinion and 5 bucks will get you a cup of shitty Starbucks coffee.
CGAC :vomit::vomit: See what I mean about opinions. Down 30% in a day. My love/hate relationship with OTCBB continues.

Some action with IFAN at the close. I guess its OTC market page got updated with changes to the incoming owner's name: it went from Larry Williams to Larry J Williams II. Might be a new address, too. Maybe enough now for someone to figure out the company. Sold those shares i bought on the dip, but still have the rest.

Raging debate online right now on whether IFAN has been bought by the Larry J Williams that is the CEO of the Michigan-based (and Chinese owned) Henniges Automotive or the Larry J Williams II that is connected to a dumpy-looking realty and construction office on 8 mile road in Detroit. Quite a difference.
