it depends which way it goes...
down dump all; up scale out in 2 pieces....edit : the woman i sopke to told me they have been bombarded with phone calls...she doesnt know...she said she knows the ruling is out but no news has been released...it doesnt even show up on bloomberg...but thats moot point anyways ...we are in and its halted...the news is irrelavant we will find out when they restart this puppy
