SMALL COMPANY â DOMINATING E-COMMUNICATION APPS
Zix Corporation (ZixCorp) is a provider of hosted, subscription-based electronic communications solutions and currently offers two industry leading products: one for email encryption and the other in the electronic prescribing market. Given the rising costs of mishandling confidential information and increasing governmental regulation, enterprises in healthcare, finance, government and the insurance sectors are increasingly looking for efficient systems to secure electronic communications. ZixCorpâs encryption and prescription products are well positioned to meet this need and are meeting increasing acceptance in the market. Other influences driving ZixCorpâs future growth include:
· the growing number and visibility of data breaches and losses of confidential customer information,
· a rising preference for high quality hosted solutions, providing ease of use and rapid deployment,
· the suite of encryption of products is designed to cover the scope of security needs for any size enterprise, and
· the growing pressures for solutions to lower healthcare costs and provide a higher quality of service. Given the companyâs excellent suite of communications products, leadership in the respective markets and the predictable and recurring nature of the revenue streams, we believe that ZixCorp has the potential to deliver revenues of $25.5 million in 2007 and as much as $37 million in 2008, which we estimate should result in positive earnings of $0.12 per share in 2008. We believe that the current share price is not reflective of this earning potential. Therefore we are initiating coverage of Zix Corp, Inc. with a BUY rating and a 12 month price target price of $3.50 per share.
3000 ONSM yesterday these two are POWERFUL!!!! Not so sure on my other one considering the state of China stocks today- but hey it's holding up great considering... I'll be there soon enough.
