but providing the customer with what makes his life easier is not considered as problem ?

They didn't implement VWAP except recently ! don't you think that this is a piece of shame for IB ?
How do you think IB works? Opening tickets is not the way to go. This is a feature and not a defect, so you'd need to open up a features poll and with plenty of backers, it would be added. Features are added but don't expect it within days or even a few weeks.
Tickets and support are for real technical problems, for example recently I noticed part of the API documentation on 3rd party algos was wrong and the algo in question was being rejected without a proper error exception, they were quick to solve the issue.
