There's about 190 different data fields that can be entered into the Watch List, but that doesn't include the over 120 different pre-built technical indicators, nor the Add-On Studies. You can also build your own studies to create custom fields there as well (with EFS).

An updated snapshot bar that is fully customizable is planned in 11.3 due out this summer.
